Log into your account portal or contact our bridal concierge within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all designer tags, hangers, and garment bags included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
